These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a registered company operating the ChromaPrint AI platform ("ChromaPrint AI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at chromaprint.ai and any related services, features, or content (collectively, the "Services").
By creating an account, clicking "Get Started Free," or otherwise accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
ChromaPrint AI is an AI-powered platform that transforms personal photos and text prompts into high-quality coloring pages and connect-the-dots puzzles. The Services include photo-to-line-art transformation, text-to-coloring-page generation, bulk creator tools, and related download and sharing features.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavor to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes that affect paid users.
To use the Services, you must meet the following requirements:
ChromaPrint AI reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
To use certain features of the Services, you must create an account. You may sign up using your Google account via our authentication provider, Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. ChromaPrint AI is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this section, including terminating the offending user's account and reporting to law enforcement.
"Your Content" refers to photos you upload, text prompts you submit, and any other materials you provide to the Services. You retain all ownership rights in Your Content. By uploading Your Content, you grant ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD a limited, non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services (i.e., generating coloring page and connect-the-dots transformations).
We do not claim ownership of Your Content or any AI-generated outputs derived from Your Content. The coloring pages and line art generated from your photos or prompts are yours to use, including for commercial purposes (e.g., selling on Amazon KDP, Etsy, or other platforms).
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to upload Your Content and that Your Content does not violate any third party's rights.
The Services use artificial intelligence models to transform photos and text prompts into line art. By using the Services, you acknowledge that:
The Services, including all software, designs, text, graphics, and other content created by ChromaPrint AI (excluding Your Content and AI-generated outputs from Your Content), are owned by ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
"ChromaPrint AI" and our logo are trademarks of ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

ChromaPrint AI uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time credit packs - there are no subscriptions. Credits are deducted when you generate a coloring page or connect-the-dots puzzle, not when you download. Once generated, you can download your output as many times as you like at no additional cost.
All purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, which handles payment processing, tax collection (VAT, GST, sales tax), and compliance on our behalf.
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits do not expire. We reserve the right to change credit pricing at any time, but changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.
We offer free low-resolution watermarked previews of transformations, limited to 3 per week per user. Free previews are provided as-is and do not guarantee the quality of the final high-resolution output. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free preview feature at any time.
The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party websites or services.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific results from use of the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD (operating as ChromaPrint AI) and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or cost of procurement of substitute services.
These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if ChromaPrint AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount you paid to ChromaPrint AI in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD (operating as ChromaPrint AI), its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Services, including any use of the Services' content other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@chromaprint.ai. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused credits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:
Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ceases. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The following sections survive termination: Sections 6, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15, 17, and 19.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv, Israel. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, ChromaPrint AI may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement of its intellectual property rights.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any legal proceedings to resolve disputes will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You expressly waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against ChromaPrint AI.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by:
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ZIGGY VENTURES TECHNOLOGIES LTD regarding the Services.
